Despite having the best offer, the sellers agent was inclined to advise her client to accept a lower cash offer. I worked with Ryan in the Fall of 2016 during the purchase of a new home. Ryan did an amazing job throughout the entire process. He was in communication with me weekly and was very easy to get in touch with, which can be difficult with other lenders. We explored a number of financing options and he came up with a plan that ended up saving me quite a bit of money on my monthly payment.
